    Advice for Tomorrow...

OK, so there has been a really awful stomach virus going around lately. It comes on fast with no real symptoms until you start to tel sick and then half an hour later, you're throwing up over and over again. Dcb1 came down with it, a few days later his family did. A week later I got it, a few days after me, my husband gets it. A few days after him DCM and DCD from a different family get it. By the grace of God my two children haven't got it (yet), neither has DCB despite his parents having it. They kept him home today since they were both off but plan to send him tomorrow. I'm nervous...I know we've had it and the kids have been exposed already but I worry DCB is either going to reintroduce those germs OR get sick here. So what do I do? Its dcb's last day until next week. I don't know my son just got out of the hospital for pneumonia about 2 weeks ago so I'm really kind of freaked out about sickness right now

We had that here over a month ago. Personally I ate a huge Christmas dinner and was fine, went home and out of the blue got sick as a dog. Worried that my dd would get it (she has asthma) but she didn't get it until several weeks later, so not from me even though we were together all the time.
The good thing is its purely stomach virus, not lungs. It didn't affect my dd's asthma one bit.
And its brutal but it's quick, the sick part at least. I was tired for several days after.
Hope that helps ease your mind.

We had that happen a few months back. It went through 19 people that I know of. Nasty.

I would let the child come if he's not showing any symptoms.

Thanks ladies! He's here, I just couldn't justify him staying home with no symptoms...I'm sanitizing everything way more then normal/needed however . I'm just so tire of sickness, its been this way for the past month spring can't come soon enough!
