I have had that happen... nobody has the same exact policies (I have a few quirky ones including being fragrance free and why), days off and education that I do (I can prove when and where I did my postpartum certs, can she? )

I have had it happen with my CL ads too

She even copy and pasted about my special needs son, and OOPS, she now lies to parents that her child is special needs to cover it up. I know people who know her--- because I considered her a friend. It's pretty obvious after a bit that what she advertises (my program) and what she actually does don't match. She has a HUGE turnover of clients. Nobody stays more than a few months.
