Center Scheduling?
I just took over as administrator to a daycare center.
I'm trying to come up with an easier way to do our scheduling. Currently it's just a word document and is very hard to see when we have availability or if we're over ratios. You have to count everything out and it takes forEVER. I am very visual and would just love to see it on a spreadsheet or something. We have about 40 kids and about half of them are part-time with random schedules.
We have 3 classrooms with two teachers per classroom.
Does anyone have a excel spreadsheet or something else they currently use you could send me? Or any other ideas?
