DCM showed up today and did not say a thing about missing work. She talked about what she did with the kids the day before. It was like back to routine.
She for the most part does respect me and looks up to me a bit. (ask how to do .... for the kids) I can see her leaving in the future however right now she is my only family and first family. I do have an interview with another family tonight.
Anyways, we will see what happens in the morning when payment is due.
She paid full amount with out discussion. Thank you DCM
happyface Yay! Sometimes it just takes a little "debate" for parents to make sure you are going to stick to your policies. Hopefully that will be the last time, and it will be a great family to work with
