I am always looking for new toy's,games,ideas...but I don't have all the space for so many things...How about you???If I could I would buy new toy's and games every week...

I use Craigslist and a local Free Classifieds on Facebook to find new and new to me toys. I have a rule for my daughter that I will use with the daycare, 1 comes in, 1 goes out. It may be "1 goes into storage for 6 months and if isn't used long enough goes out." These sites are good opportunities to sell used toys in good condition too. (Though that probably isn't why we are always needing new toys huh.) -

I get A LOT of my toys from garage sales. Also a lot from my dcparents too. When one brings me toys I always thank them profusely on my daycare facebook page and when the other parents see it they bring toys too. I have gotten a lot of nice stuff, some even brand new this way
The way this started was in my newsletter (before I had a dc fb page) I mentioned some things we were looking for, like a baby monitor, etc etc and "if you ever have any toys you are getting rid of we'd love to put them to good use" and the toys started rolling in.Comment

Me too, I'm always looking for something new and different and not all worn out from overuse for daycare. That's why I love yard sale season so much. We get all this 'new' stuff for a fraction of the price. Last summer I shopped at sales all summer long then donated tons of stuff to a food shelter that also collects toys so that parents can go in near Christmas time and get things for their kids.Comment
