Mandated Reporter Clause

In light of the recent situation where I had to report a DCM, I think I need to add a mandated reporter clause to my contract.

I know a couple of you mentioned you had one already, would you mind sharing your wording with me please?

Here is mine... I re-worded it a few years ago when a mom tried to sue me for harassment for turning her in (she fled the state when she realized I was gonna win)

I AM A MANDATED REPORTER: I am under a mandatory obligation to report SUSPECTED abuse or neglect to Child welfare. Please be aware that to make the call, I only need to have a strong suspicion, not proof and I am to report it without fear of repercussion (that means If I make a report in good faith, I have immunity from any liability, civil or criminal regardless of the findings).

Mine only states that I am a mandated reporter and am required by law to report any suspected abuse. Should it be stronger or more in depth?

At every interview, I hand the parent a brochure outlining what mandated reporting is and who is responsible to report. I just get them from the state's social services department.
