Exception through DCRA at Washington DC

Hello, all! I'm so excited to be part of this wonderful group! I've been looking (for a while) for a networking group like this one. I'm the owner and director of a day care center in Washington DC. One of the many questions I have for you is related to obtaining exceptions through DCRA to change an age group at our center. If anybody has been through this and is willing to share her/his experience, I'd really, really appreciate it if that person could get in touch with me (I can provide my email address) or post a message in this forum. I'm not familiar with the exception process, have not been through one, but was wondering what the change to the age group you are making? What age? I'm a multi-age approach center, small, so I'm curious.
