Walks in Colder Weather

Wondering if you providers take babies/toddlers on stroller walks even in cold temps? Any suggestions on how to make sure they're warm enough? Obviously tuck blankets around them in the stroller, but sometimes they kick them off or they slide down and end up on the ground...

They all wear snowsuits and if it's really cold I wrap a blanket around anyone in a stroller or the wagon. I just wrap it around them and tuck the ends under.

Snowsuits for sure! Licensing regs here say under-twos can't go out if it's 20 or lower.
