Temporary leave resources

I am currently 7 months pregnant, and will be closing my doors for 6 weeks for maternity leave due to being high risk. Is anyone aware of any type of resources to help me during this time? I have one other dependent and am single, so closing is going to be a huge loss in income..I do not qualify for any type of unemployment because I cannot work.

You can check out supplemental insurance such as Aflack and Combined Insurance.

I have had several friends that used those types of insurance policies to cover their maternity leaves.

The amount and type of coverage you get varies so it's good to do your research as it isn't free.... the amount you'd get would be dependent on what type of coverage you choose to buy.
