I am sending home a letter tomorrow to announce our pregnancy- can you let me know how it sounds, and if you'd add or take out anything? I talk one-on-one with all families (I only have 3) each day, but I'd like to have something "official" to send home as well

Dear Parents,
I am very excited to let you know that we are expecting another baby in February! Although we all know babies are on their own schedule, my past pregnancies have all been routine and basic- my doctor plans to induce around 39 weeks as long as everything goes well. Due to DH's work schedule, my appointments can mostly be arranged so as not to affect the daycare and bring closures, except for the ultrasound we will have around 18-20 weeks (DH will come for that one). I will inform you of that date as soon as I am able to schedule it.
My tentative plan is to take the 2 weeks following the birth off, and reopen after that. I will keep in communication as time gets closer as to how everything is going.
