    Terming...do I enforce 30 day policy?

I have a 30 day notice to term a contract...but when I am terming a child due to behavior...do I let them out of the 30 days...or enforce it? Have a 2.5yo with aggression issues...and trying to figure outt how to word this term letter.

I'd just be glad they were gone and count my blessings.

I don't require it. I spend my energy getting ready for the inspection that is sure to follow. Once I term, I do not accept any fees for the child. The day I term is the last day they pay for. If they want to stay on while they search, I do it for free.
