    Preliminary phone interview questions

I have searched the forums and can't find anything. I know it is here!

Anybody have a printable list of questions they use for the first conversation?

    thanks!

Mine is usually via email, but here is what we have; many of these are straight from suggestions here

To better assess your needs we have a set of pre-interview questions. This helps us understand your family dynamics and can help ensure a good daycare-family compatibility.

What kinds of things are you looking for in a daycare?
How would you describe your parenting style? What is your favorite parenting book?
What are your current routines for eating, sleeping, and discipline/guidance?
Does your child have a schedule? What does it look like?
Where does your child nap? Where do they sleep for the night?
What are some things your family likes to do for fun?
Does your child have any special needs, diets, allergies or medical conditions? Any allergies in the family?
Is/was your child breast-fed or formula fed?
How does your child self-soothe? Do they use a pacifier or thumb, lovey or blankie?
Has your child been in care before?
What social experiences has your child had away from immediate family members?

ETA - this is for AFTER we find out the age, times, dates, gender, etc
