    All in one Handbook/Contract

I need some help. I would like to redo my contract as I am using a pretty generic one right now. Does anyone have a contract/handbook that they really like that they could PM me pretty please? I am about to be full with 6 kids (I was full at 4 but now 3 babies turned 2), so I will be adding a couple more to the mix and in return I will be hiring a part-time assistant so I can hopefully be able to go to doctors appointments during nap time and have another adult to talk to a few hours a week.

Thank you so much to anyone that can help!

I always have my contract stand alone; it's the legal paper concerning the money & nothing else... I don't make it part of my handbook/policies. Now I do have a paragraph in it stating the parents agree to follow policies inc payment, illness and such, and that I have the right to change policies and fees with proper notice, but the actual handbook is a seperate 7 page thing altogether

BTW, my contract looks more like a legal document than a basic 5 paragraph contract

That's a good point about them being all in one. OK, I don't need them all in one, they can be separate. If anyone has a contract and handbook to share I would be super grateful!

      Please???

I was in the legal field before childcare

My contract is parent friendly but covers a lot when it comes to $, termination, closing etc. Sort of legalese style, but readable to the common folk. I covered my behind every which way , so don't think it's crazy, just use parts that you need Brooklyn... sent a PM in 2 messages
