referral in nj

I have a dcg that I have been watching since 6 weeks. She is a year old and the best baby. Normally her grandmother picks up bc I close 4/4:30 and dcm can't get here till 6:30. Grandmother can't pick up anymore and I don't know if I can make this work. The baby and dcm have been great and I would hate to see them go without trying to help. Any of you ladies work in central nj? Dcm works in Princeton area but lives in Middlesex county. I would love to give a good referral before turning her away. I know this is a long shot but figured I would try.
