    Waiting list letter

Do any of you have a waiting list letter you could share with me?? Or give me some ideas of what to say in a letter you would send out to those on your waiting list.

I used to call each person going down the line, however, i find that a huge waste of my time.

Right now I have 22 names on a list and just want to shoot out one email to all of them.

I know what I need to say, just not too sure what to say......it's def Monday...

some of these families have already interviewed, but could not start when I needed them and some I have never met with.

Honestly, I'd email them all individually so I could personalize the message to their situation. Unless you're not trying to fill an opening and are just touching base - then I'd say something about Thanks for your continued interest in my program. Although I currently don't have any openings, I anticipate an opening for ____________ will become available around _____________. If you're still interested in my program, please _________________; please let me know if you're no longer interested.

    Something like that.

I guess I just don't want to have to send out 22 different emails.

Maybe you send out the first letter to weed out those that aren't wanting to switch at the moment? then you could go down the list and email individually after weeding some out?
