Today this mom text me if she's can drop off her dcd at 7:00 I said ok,I said we need to talk 5 minutes. I said when we talk about you changing your work hours I said ok...from 7:30 to 5:00.But she was dropping off at 7:10 7:15 every day.I didn't said anything,today I said I have to charge extra for today,she said:why I always drop her at 7:10.I pick at 5,your hours are 8 to 6.I said no I changed my hours since you changed your schedule I changed because I was working 7 to 7 sometimes.I have really bad end experience because I always said Yes.
She's was thinking she's know the hours,because she's pick her up at 2 on Fridays was okay drop off at 7:10.It's okay to drop off early,no It's no okay.I have things to get done before she's come...And her daughter is really challenge I can't live her by her self 5 minutes...Thank you I have been learning so much....:hug:
