How To Push 'Interested' Family For A Reply

I'd like to know what to say in an email to someone who expressed interest in me as caregiver but hasn't said anything else. I'm just really on edge because they have been the only one for a while and I'd like to make it seem like I have other people interested too, to get an answer... desperate? Totally. Don't care . I just don't know what to say to get the family to get back to me. Help please? Thanks ladies

Are they full time? I have contacted interested FT families by saying I have a family interested in a PT spot but you would like to offer them the full time spot before accepting the part time spot. Please let you know ASAP so you can get back to the other family. Etc etc blablabla... I did that and the mom wrote me back that she was interested and would stop by to Pick up the packet on Whatever say but 4 days before she was supposed to start she emailed me to say she quit her job and decided to stay home. She did use me as a drop-in once since so I know she didn't just choose someone else and lie.
If they're part time let them know someone else had inquired about the spot but you wanted to let her know and you felt you clicked better or could accommodate their family better than the other family or something??

I e-mail them thanking them for their interest and letting them know that I enjoyed meeting them. I also state a deadline for letting me know if they are planning to use me as their caregiver or not and if not I hope they found another wonderful place to provide care for their child. I wish them well and leave it in their hands.
