Baby Doll Spin Off Question

I wanted to get some "washable" baby dolls for outdoor play. So the kids could give the babies a bath. These are dolls that will be used primarily for outdoor play and WILL definitely be getting wet.

What do you have or would you recommend?

My co-worker and I have been going around to the thrift shops (and probably garage sales when it gets nice enough) and looking for dolls that are all hard bodies for outside. That way, if they do get ruined, they only cost a dollar or two, and we are saving our nicer ones to stay inside.
