Letting Them Down Gently After Interview

We're currently interviewing four people (actually five, since two are part-time and fit together) for two spots for our open in August - so we will have to tell at least two people that we can't take them.
How do you word this? I've warned all of them ahead of time that there is a possibility we won't be able to take them, but I still would much rather just take them all instead of saying no to some.

    Dear Potential Client:

Unfortunately we have filled our available space and will not be able to accommodate your needs at this time.

However, should you wish to be placed on our wait list, please let us know.

When a space becomes available, we will call those families using our wait list first.

Again, we are sorry we are able to offer you space at this time but thank you for your interest in our program!

    Sincerely,

    Provider
