Retractable Fence?

So I am looking for some outside fencing that is 6ft tall that is also retractable. Any ideas? TIA!

What are you using it for? Does it have to be metal or can it be mesh? I Googled "retractable pool fence" and there are quite a few there, but I'm not sure if that's what you need.

I am using it for our outside play area. The fence that is around our entire property isn't 6ft tall.. which for the county it has to be 6ft tall.

I was also thinking of a retractable pool fence. It seems like it might work great!

I saw some online, you have to put the ends in securely and then its a solid mesh type material for the fence. A play place nearby has one for when they open some large doors they have. I've thought about them for part of my backyard.
