What do if a child hasn't come back but the parent hasn't called me to cancel. The parent goes through the state to pay and I called the state but no one has returned my message. Can i keep claiming him since the mom hasn't called me to cancel or? I haven't claimed him for about 3 weeks now but he's always still on my attendance sheet online.
