Do any of you have promos you run on FB? Statuses to help draw interest?

Ill be watching this closely. I want to run specials but my current families will see and I don't want to deal with any backlash because of it.

You can post things on facebook and "customize" it so that certain people cannot see the post. This might help you ihop.
The only thing I've done on facebook has been on my daycare page. I offered a $50 bonus to anyone that refers a family and they sign up.Comment

It's not a promo but I get some clients from my Facebook because I tag current parents in pictures quite frequently.
I use my daycare logo as my profile picture. It has my contact info and I added availability on it as well. When I tag them their friends see it and like it, who are usually mainly local, and about the same age, with kids too... I got a client last week who commented on the picture asking if I had an opening. 
The parents like getting to see what they're up to & show them off to friends.
