Help With Schedule...Babies To Four Years

I feel like my schedule/ages of kids isn't allowing me to get anything done with the kids because there is so much shuffling. I have a part time am prek, part time pm prek, a six month old, my ds 2, and two pt school agers.

Kids arrive at 8:30 and 9:15 usually.
    9:30 snack
Then feed infant and put down for her nap
10 free play or some kind of activity
11:15 baby is usually up so most of my attention is on her and I am getting dcb 4 lunch ready
11:40 dcg 4 gets off bus
    11:45 dcb eats lunch
12:15 dcb gets on bus (I have to walk out to the end of the drive and of course hve to be out there five minutes before each bus)
12:30 lunch for the rest of us
    1-3 nap
    4 bus and school agers

(Originally dcb was getting on the bus at 11:40 but supposedly the bus driver doesn't want him on the bus for forty minutes so she circles back around and picks him up at 12:15)

And I'd really like to be on more of a schedule and song actual things at certain times so my son isn't really behind when it's time to go to school. Not saying he needs a ton of structure right now but I dot want school to be a school either.

Could you all eat lunch at 11:45? My lunch is 11:30 to 12:30, but we usually eat at 11:30/45 and the kids are all done by 11:50/12:15. Then you'll have that extra time after lunch/bus to do what ever you want.

I probably could but I would probably have to cut snack. Dcb hardly eats the lunch as is. Or move it to 9am. Our other snack is at 4pm and they start begging for more food by 2:30 as it is. It might be worse with an earlier lunch...

Maybe you can have 2 snack times in the afternoon. One for the little ones after they wake up from nap and then the SA can have snack when they get off the bus.

The meals/snacks are taking all of your time.

          I do:
          8/8:15: breakfast
          11:30: lunch
          4:00: snack

The early lunch cuts out the morning snack. If you could do the 12:30 lunch, having a morning snack would be fine, but you are doing meals all day if you have that extra lunch at 11:45.

I would do lunch at 11:30 and cut out that morning snack. If you need to move up afternoon snack, just do it at 3 after nap.

Your kids are coming pretty late. I think you should cut the morning snack (after notice to the parents), serve lunch at 11:30, snack at 2:30, and another snack for the school agers at 4:30 (if needed)

I serve lunch at 10:45-11:15, I do not serve am snack. by this time the kids are ready for their lunch!

I serve snack at 2:15 and again at 4 for my school agers.

              Dinner is at 5-5:30

Lol, my kids must be little piggies! I have breakfast from 7:30-8:30, am snack 9:30, lunch 11:30/12 and pm snack around 3:30 and they act like they are starving before they eat each!

                    My kids must be starving!

                    Breakfast 7:30-8:30
                    Lunch 11:00 - 12:00
                    Snack 3:30 to 4:00

Afternoon snack varies as to the time the kids get up and finish with their after nap snuggles. I don't do a morning snack.

I don't usually do a morning snack either except now for a new DCG who likes to graze and not eat much at meals but she's just 17mo so we'll get there eventually.

We do breakfast at 7:30 for the early kids and my school age boys, then snack at 9:30 if they seem hungry. Lunch at 11:30 and then naps. When they get up from nap it's usually when the SA boys are coming home so we have a snack then. Dinner is between 5-5:30 for those still here.
