A Couple Minute Menu PRO Questions

Both Q are re: Time/Space %.

As I said in another one of my posts, I had really spotty child care enrollment this year, with a few months I'd have kids, with a months here and there of 0 enrollment. I'm trying to figure out how to add my specific hours I was open for the month into Minute Menu Pro. I guess I could do it on paper and figure it out that way if I need to, but I figured since I paid for MM I should try and get it in there.

Second question is that we also moved in 2013 from one location to another. I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to calculate the space % of each home, or should I, say, find the average of the homes? Like home A was 1800 sq foot, used 1500 sq foot. So that is 83.33% space. Then house B is 2500 sq foot with 2000 used for daycare so that is 80%. Then average of the 2 is 81.66%? I'm going to guess that is correct?

Actual hours of operation are usually obtained from sign in sheets or hard copies of daily attendance records.

That would make sense to me, but this question may need to go into the taxes forum because it could be a huge risk to assume.
