    Ha HA!

So, my snow dilemma last month, when I decided to close when school is closed, but with pay, and I had a DCM question it, so I compromised (although it still is a safety issue)...well tonight, we got more snow than expected, she left work early to pick up AND WAS STILL LATE, she had a slippery time getting to my house...and then tells me she & hubby are debating WHO WILL STAY HOME tomorrow with the kids if school is closed. So what was the point of arguing with me? Game on passive-aggressive mommy, game on ::

    That's frustrating.

I'm trying to decide what to do about the snow tomorrow. Our Co. Schools are still on Break until Monday, so I can't use them as a guide, but our roads are a mess! We live in a hilly neighborhood and I barely made it home from the gym an hour ago. I've decided that I'm going to let people attempt to get here, but I'm not happy about it.

This is the same mom who brought her kids out last summer during a severe thunderstorm, walks in the door with everyone dripping wet and says, "I'm thinking I should go back home" (not "we"). I guess waiting the storm out AT HOME wasn't an option? Sigh.

I have one like that. I had to close last week (I was only scheduled to be open 2 days, the rest were vac./personal) because we didn't have power. My policy states that they have to pay if I close unexpectidely (SP) and one dcm tried to get out of paying for last week. She tried to give me a sob story of how they are short on money.....well so was I! I didn't give in and she paid.

        Don't question us...
