WHAT A Day! How's Your Day Going?

Ugh...first, one of the dcb's had a bm during snack. I waited until he was done eating and I finished up cleaning up snack. I place him on the changing table and go to take off his diaper and feel something on my fingers, it's poo. It was all over the changing table, my hands, all over dcb's foot and leg....then I finally get him cleaned up-I had to give him a bath waste down because he smelled so bad, I go to throw away the diaper and slip on my wood floor. I didn't fall, but I look down and low and behold...I see sh** smeared all over my floor and all over the bottom of my sock! Then about a half an hour later I see something on the playroom table and go to pick it up and...it's poo! I really, really hope it's not on my carpet-I didn't see any so...
Then to top it off the same dcb is snotty and is rubbing his face all over my furniture and is spitting (he's 15 mo. old and doesn't understand not to spit) and wiping it all over his face, then all over my furniture. I feel bad, but this particular dcb does nothing for me, I've tried to bond with him but I just can't.

Then my other dcb keeps randomly screaming, spits occasionally when the other dcb does, keeps saying the same sounds over and over and over...(he's 26 mo. and can't talk, only says a few words) and it's driving me batty!

Also, last night my ds woke up several times crying so I got no sleep and the poor guy is just laying around and keeps randomly crying. Aunt flo is here and my dh is being loud and also never understands my frustrations about spitting, screaming children, as he frequently visits the basement.

    Ok, end of rant.

    How's your day going?

That's a rough day! Hopefully it gets better!!!

I have a new dcg that every time she messes in her diaper it always leaks! Even when I change her right away! I have had to clean up a lot of poo recently. It is not fun!

I'm sorry, that sounds rough. I have one baby that poops a LOT, and another one that frequently is mucusy. There have only been 2 days since September when his nose hasn't been running. Half of his shirt gets wet, and then he rubs his face, with mucus and spit, on my couch. Fortunately it is a fairly old couch, and I don't think much of it, except it is super comfortable. Still..! I see what your saying, it ****s.

My day is actually pretty good. One child isn't coming today, her brother might come, but if he does, it will be late. So far I only have one kid, plus my own. My husband and I had an argument this morning, all of that aside... it's been good. I hope yours gets better.

So far mine's going good. VERY, VERY, quiet. Dcg's dad has her and he rarely brings her before 11. Other dcg's mom took yesterday off so she has to be late today to make up for it. I have no idea when they'll be here and I have no idea how she keeps her job. Dcbaby woke up, drank 3 oz, and went back to sleep.

Sorry you're having such a rough day OP! That sounds like a mess.

My day is going alright. DD has an ear infection, so she's upstairs with daddy. My preschoolers have been slightly obnoxious. One of them keeps making messes, and the other is tattling on her. I have 3 babies and they are all pretty chill today, my "Oh, we never introduced a bottle" baby drank 3oz earlier, so that was a victory! My "I'm cranky unless I'm eating" baby is chilling on the mat playing, and my 9 month old "I forgot how to nap a month ago" baby went right down for AM nap, and is playing happily now.

                          melilley-sorry your day is awful!

Ive had one of those days all last week & all this week.

Good news is my dh came home for lunch, helped me clean up & promised me he would handle dinner & a bubble bath for me.

7 hours until relaxation!!! I can make it!
