    Paid Days Off?

I wanted to add another holiday to my paid off holidays.

    I currently have:
    New Years day
    memorial day
    independence day
    thanksgiving
    Christmas
Christmas eve and new years eve we close at 3pm.

I added the day after thanksgiving paid.

What's another holiday that I can add? I would love to add my birthday as day off, but it's in the middle of the week and not really a holiday ha ha!

Then Good Friday falls during the my unpaid vacation (unpaid vacation are the norm around here).

    What's another good holiday?

I personally would add Labor Day and Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve as full days

My father worked for a company once where your birthday was a paid day off. It it came out on a legal holiday or weekend you could choose the day before or after.

In this line of work, having your birthday off as a PAID day off would seem VERY logical and totally understandable.
