Do some years you get sick more often then others? This my second year. I was so happy to announce that I only had two sick days last year. This year I have had four and I have a feeling I will have more.
Last year: I had the occasional cold that was it. I had to close the two days because my 9 mo ds and my dh had flu like symptoms.
This year: I had HFM disease for three days (I know this is a debatable issue. My coordinator said I needed to close). I had a painful ear infection which I didn't close for. I was out one day last week with a stomach bug, and I woke up this morning with pain and mucus in my eye. I am hoping it will go away, I have never had conjunctivitis nor have I seen it in any of my DCKS, just nasty colds. It may be earlier they are sicker this year, but not any worse. I am cleaner this year than I was last year.
