We live in Texas and will be moving soon. We will be renting our house and I am searching for houses while keeping the daycare in mind. Are there any rules or regulations I should be aware of while looking for a house? I will probably choose a house with an extra formal living and dining room, and use those for daycare space. I know there is a rule of 30 sq. ft. per child, but is there anything else I should keep in mind when searching for a new house. I know the yard has to be fenced, but is that the only requirement? TIA!
