    So Distracted

I have had this DCB for about 1.5 years. He is a sweet young man, age 3.5 attends FT but I am seeing some stuff that is concerning me.

DCB is still not fully PT., she has him on the Paci still too. Which I blame on DCM, but here is PT except during naps. The issue is not so much the PT, but how easily this child is distracted.

If I ask the kid to go pee on the potty, he will go in and wash his hands. I know he didn't go because I am standing in the door way. He can't see me, but I can see him.

Another example, I will ask him to put a pull up on, something he does every day right before nap time. He will go wash his hands and again seem very lost. I may ask him to find his name and sit at the table. (we have the spots labeled with their names). He will just stand there and look at me like he is lost. Or he will go to his cubby box.
Time to put your shoes on and go outside, nothing. He will talk your ear off, but he canNOT follow simple one step directions.

He is actually pretty smart, VERY hyper, can't still still for ANYTHING. Oh and one other thing, he often never takes naps. PLUS goes to bed very late at night.

Should I be concerned?? are these red flags or just something else?
