Parents realize school starts in 6 days.

Parents panic

Parents start asking for special

Parents don't get special

Parents throw fit

Repeat aaaaaaaaall week

It works great!!! I roll it into Labor Day which is paid and then took an extra tues unpaid!
Third year I have done it and I LOVE it!!
