Water Play Day and/or Week!

YES!!!! It's finally warm enough to have water play outside! I just love it, probably as much as the kids! All I have is a sprinkler and water table, but the kids have a blast playing in the water and seeing their little faces light up is so awesome! I may just have to do it everyday for the next couple of weeks...if it stays hot, after all I am in Michigan, the state where you blink and the weather changes...::

Our weather changes quickly too! One of my favorite water activities is spraying kids with the hose- :: They run back and forth trying to avoid the water and sometimes not- we all laugh our butts off and they burn off some serious energy!!

Haha, that is exactly what we are doing this week, too! I got our sprinkler out this week and the kids have been having a blast in it. Our water table is out of commission as DH found a HUGE yellow jacket's nest in it when he went to go clean it out on Sunday evening (it's had the lid on it all summer, and the built a nasty little house under the lid).

Oh gosh I live in a super humid part of Wisconsin...bluffs on both sides, Mississippi River, we are in the basin between and become a greenhouse!!! We also have sandy soil that heats up quickly! We have had water day everyday! Hooray for water days!
