My July & August records are on there. Anyone else use this? What's another freebie??? Please & thank you...

I went on there this morning too, getting it set up for the parents and got the same message. There was no warning of this to the people who use this, why?! I need suggestions for another program also.

I just made up a sign in sheet & put the info in. The parents can sign them out on that. I'm still not sure what to do about our records...., gulp.

I just made a sign in sheet also for my parents and they used that this morning. I have emailed Michael and am hoping for a timely response to the question about if we can get our records and if he plans on renewing his website. It may be a matter of him just forgetting it was up for renewal, but I really need those records as I am sure you do also. If you find another computerized program please share, thanks! I'll make sure to let you know what he says concerning our records as soon as he contacts me back!

omg same thing happened to me. All my records are on it. Now I can't access them. Going to have to call licensing to let them know

That means that someone at checkinkids.com dropped the ball on renewing the domain name! It happens sometimes. Chances are good it will be back later today or tomorrow; as soon as they repurchase the domain the site should be back (I think that's how it works). Your records aren't gone or anything, you'll get access to them again as soon as the site is back.

Michael has emailed me back and here is his reply:

"It looks like there was a problem with the domain name server this morning. It should be back up shortly.

So we will be able to get our records. I assume that it is because he did not renew his website domain, but either way, it will be back up shortly and we can get our records. Guess I'll continue to use it for now and continue grabbing my records daily.

Checkinkids.com I just went back and refreshed it and it popped up, I was able to go through and access my records and save everything to print out later, in case it goes down again. Now its back up at my time clock counting the minutes. Its active again.
