Another one that doesn't give band aids for lame things.

one dcfamily keeps band aids on things for a ridiculously long time. They invariably fall off while here, and I have not successfully taught dcb to put them in the trash (where's our sick smiley Michael? ). That dcm also still uses hydrogen peroxide on things. Whenever dcb gets hurt here he starts to scream, "No, no peroxide! NO PEROXIDE!" despite the fact that I've never used it on him. Poor kid.
Hee hee! Look, I have a signature!

I do it on a case by case.

If they have a scrape from the day before from home and it looks icky, I will out neosporin and a bandaid on it (have permission for neosporin already on file).

If they come with a bandaid over a scrape and it comes off, if it warrants another one, I will replace it.

My kids don't over ask for band aids so I don't really have an issue either way.

I go through very few bandaids here.

Lol one little girl I used to babysit (about 2 at the time) when her brother (4 at the time) would accidently bump into her or she somehow got hurt (bumping into furniture or falling down) she loved it when I got out the ice pack. Then the rest of the day she would always say she (or her brother) needed an ice pack for the littlest thing . But in her defense, it does get really hot around here.
