Me too! My provider friend and I get the same calls as she lives near me. She gets their whole life history over the phone and I get their first name and what age their child is. I don't have openings right now though but I still just get the basics.

I usr to worry about losing clients by changing hours or adding extra vacation days into my policies. Now I don't care. I'm going to be CLOSED T/Th starting at the end of August. Amazing enough it looks like I'm not losing the FT families. and I added in a full Christmas break from December 24-Jan 2.
