Why do you need to ask this question? My question was about a fever. No matter what I am, I will not let anyone dictate how I deal with sick kids.
I just wanted to know what others would do no matter what they were.
It is not an issue with state regulations or any issue from my parents,but I have issues with having a backbone with parents and I guess I am too soft or give in too much and have to learn to be firm with policies.
I was going to say that if it is hard to be firm, you could always use licensing regulations as an excuse as to why you can't accept her child into care with a fever or medicated.

Thanks, I will get more of a backbone and enforce the regulations more firmly with parents. No more being a door mat!
