I provide, and usually do the toothpaste myself, otherwise it gets so messy, I also replace the brushes every 2-3 months and boil them for 10 minutes every 2 weeks.

We brush after lunch and I do it on my own, it is not required here.
Plus, my kids love doing it! Whenever I tell them it's time to brush their teeth, they all run to the bathroom!
I have the parents provide the toothbrushes and toothpaste.

I am licensed and there is no requirement here for brushing teeth.

        We do not do so.

HMMM....I am a licensed day care home. I can't find it in the 2012 updated regulations either:confused: Maybe that used to be a rule, but has changed? When I moved from registered to licensed, my inspector checked how I stored the toothbrushes to make sure it was sanitary. I know they didn't check last year though. So I guess I should change my vote to yes, I do brush teeth, but no it is not required

Whew, thank goodness... I thought I forgot something!

I still plan on brushing teeth and providing toothbrushes and toothpaste myself.
