Do You Post your PHB or Contracts?

Just wondering if any of you post your PHB, Contracts or Both on your website?

I am thinking about doing it, but will put it on my site password protected. Wondering if there is anything that I need to be cautious about before moving forward and doing this.

    Thanks..............

I do and it has saved me hours upon hours of wasted breath over the years. lovethis

When the occasional, redundant text comes in I text back "Did you check the website handbook?"

They invariably text back something along the lines of.. " Oh, yeah.. Sorry."

They all eventually misplace the hard copy. Having it at the touch of their finger (on their phones) has proved invaluable to me.
    - Unless otherwise stated, all my posts are personal opinion and worth what you paid for them.

I post my Parent Handbook in two places on my website! One is on my homepage so that parents cannot miss it, along with a link to my section on the state's website that will list anything I've been cited for (currently nothing). I also have it on a registration page that talks about the process of enrolling here.

I really want people to read it prior to coming to interview here and I want it easily accessible to my current clients should they misplace their paper copies.

I don't have my contracts on there. They are given those upon deciding to enroll and I can always e-mail them a copy if they like.

does each family have a password that they use or is it one for everyone?

I would love something that was one for each family so that I could see that they went in and read it. I know that parents dont read a lot of what I email out or post.... it's frustrating to send out a monthly calendar just have a parent say, oh what are we doing tomorrow??

that is a very very good point.... I love that you can just refer them to the site...I can't wait... I get tired of having to repeat the same thing over and over, especially to the same person.....

Each family has a password. I assign it. When I coded the password box in HTML, I included all of the passwords.

I give them a link to a hidden page. A hidden page is one that you can't see on the page menu, basically you have to have the exact link for it. They go to the hidden page and immediately A password box pops up, they put in their password and it takes them to the handbook.

When it comes to handbook updates, I do the same thing. I emailed them a link to a hidden page in my website, they go there, see the policy update, then they click a box saying they have read and understand and then in the box they type in their name and click submit. It's set up in google docs. Then I get the submissions and print it out and out it in their files

I have my phb on my website along with some other info, but I don't have my contract on it- that way if I wanted to change it for different families, I can and none of the other families knows what each contract says. I don't have any hidden pages or passwords for parents. I'm the same as you, I have no idea how to do any of that...::
Also, people have found me through searching the internet and finding my site so it does make it a lot easier when they call to just ask if they have read the contents on my website and do an initial phone interview, with them knowing the jist of my program.
Also saves paper. I do give a hard copy of my handbook when they enroll, but only one. After that, they can just look it up.

No I don't use Wordpress or any other program like that. I do all my own code myself and if I can't remember the HTML I need, google comes in handy z

Ditto - HTML and CSS are my hobbies.

I have my PHB available on my website for anyone to see, but I also have copyright notices anywhere and everywhere because I've had people copy from my website. I suppose I could figure out how to do the password thing, but I'd rather give prospective parents access to the handbook so they can see what they're getting into before they call.
