We got our toilet fixed for free.
Our association pays our water bill. It's apart of our monthly dues and they noticed we have been using 3 times more water than other units around here.
We have had a toilet that runs periodically and he was just one of those little annoyances to us. So today I had a knock on the door from a plumber and they fixed the toilet. All new guts! All FREE!!
We didn't know. We are not handy!
