Nope. We did learn about St. Patrick's Day, sing songs, do crafts, etc. but I didn't decorate.

I haven't decorated for ANY holidays in many years. We'll do projects with the kids for many of the holidays, but I don't like storing all the crap to decorate for everything.

I shouldn't try and post on my phone! I hit the wrong thing. I don't know if a mod can change my answer but I don't decorate at all.

I didn't decorate, st pattys day kind of snuck up on me, I had luckily ordered stuff from oriental trading when I ordered valentines stuff, so everyone had a had a shamrock headband, I had ordered little pots, and shamrock coing and hid them all over the house, so we had a big treasure hunt, st pattys day sticker scene projects, finger painting, and green milk, and then my son started puking and I sent everyone home!

I chose "I decorate myself", but I don't really do a lot of decorating. We have a garden flag outside, and we made rainbow pictures this week. The kids all wanted to take their rainbows home, so I just hung mine up!

I was thinking how much fun you must be having with all your projects today and then I read "then my son started puking"...

Both...but I just have up 5 paper shamrocks I got from a thrift store and the kids painted shamrock cut outs. I also have a $1.00 garland from a dollar store on my door's window.

I should add that I'd like to lightly decorate with purchased items (garland, words that stand up on their own, window clings, etc.) for most holidays but I just don't have the money to do that right now. Bills are more important! ::

                  Maybe next year.

I don't decorate but we do talk about it.

Today we made shamrock stamps using a green pepper. When all the kiddos were done stamping, I helped them wash their hands and clean up.

I was busy helping a little one when I happen to glance over my shoulder at my oldest DCK. (Kindy aged but not sent) and saw they were chewing on something....as soon as I asked, I realized the pepper was gone!

He ate it! Paint and all! ::

Good think the paint is non-toxic!

I didn't decorate. I generally only decorate for the bigger holidays (where I make a theme out of them) and themes that last a few weeks. I actually do have a green tablecloth I could have put on the table but I forgot to be honest!

i just decorate with the crafts. we still have to finish one because I needed to let it dry, then all of a sudden it was time to go home. I might have the leprechaun come visit and make a mess and leave a treasure tomorrow

I didn't decorate this time, it too snuck up on me! If I did decorate I would use a combination of the kids' projects and store bough things such as garland. My kids are too young to do any of the leprechaun activities and wouldn't really understand it.
