      super cute!!!

      I have several of the stools and love them!

      I want to sit in those chairs for sure....although they look as though they would encourage bouncing or rocking in them.....I could see that getting out of hand depending on the kids you have.....but FUN!!

        I have this set in blue along with the 2-seater couchlike version. I haven't had them long so I can't attest to durability, but the kids like them. They seem sturdy and although they look like they would rock/bounce, they really don't. They give a little when they sit but that is really it. Keep in mind though that my daycare kids are 3 and 4 year olds. I lucked out and got my set for free using my scholastic points

            I have had 2 sets for about 5 years. I was lucky not to have to pay thAT MUCH. dh works for Scholastic and he picked them up at the employee book store. I love them. tossed the little table they stood on it. Have the sofa it is not as great it started sagging in the middle but still in use and going strong.
            guess you do not want to hear he paid $15 for a set of 2 some teacher had returned them.

            kids have tipped them over , sat on them upside down and they never broke. They don't tip and really do not rock. not sure what you have to pay but they are very sturdy.I have some school age that also use them they love to read in them.
            It:: will wait

              sweeeeeet I'm glad the response is so positive. happyface I think I'll be ordering these with my tax refund. WE got a nice one, and I get $250 of it to spend on daycare stuff. I really need a reading area and these fit the bill perfectly.

              Now...do you think that a reading area that seats two is fine for a group with max size 6?

                I have the kids Ikea Poang chairs and they are essentially the same thing for a very cheap price. I also have stools that look like their "table." They sit on them, though, around a table that matches.

                Children's poang chairs $30: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/10116552/

                    :: I don't have much from Ikea in my daycare rooms, but those have held up beautifully! At $30 a piece you just can't beat it.

                      I have the ikea poang chairs too. Trust me, you'll want them because you can wash the material over and over again and it will not fade. The red will start to fade and look old and really worn out. I love the chairs and are used so much even my big kids use them (my own) to play video games in. Also, I have kids who fall asleep in them too. Go to ikea and buy them there, you won't be disappointed.

                        awesome, awesome, thank you both (you and ECS) for the Ikea rec. I like saving $40. I can spend $40 on more interesting things...oh, I just love having money to dump into the daycare!!!
