I have it set in my contract for families to pay on Mondays prior to care for the week. I want to start charging on Fridays for the next week of care. How do I word it in my contract. Any help will be appreciated. Having a brain fart at the moment.

Payment on fridays
I have done it for years. The wording in my contract says:
Tuition is due on the Friday before the week of care. Payment can be made in the form of check, money order or cash. Parents will be responsible for all fees incurred on non-sufficient funds checks. Late fees will be assessed at $10 per day. -
My contract says:
PAYMENTS
Rates are weekly and not available on a daily or hourly basis. A separate rate contract will be given to each family. This information will be updated yearly or as needed when changes occur.
•Payments are PRE-PAID only. (including CCAP co-pays/parent fees)
•ALL payments are due on or before Friday at pick up time.
•Tuition is due 52 weeks per year (regardless of any absences or holidays).
•Additional children do not receive discounted care; therefore do not receive discounted rates.
•You are billed for ALL days scheduled.
LATE PAYMENTS
ALL payments are due in full by Friday at pick up time. Late fees begin accumulating immediately after scheduled pick up time.
Failure to pay according to your signed contract will result in a $10.00 per calendar day late fee for the first occurrence.
Fees for late payments will double with each occurrence. Late fees are automatically added and will not be adjusted or waived.
Services will not be provided unless ALL payments (including late fees) are current.
Termination will occur after 7 days of non-payment for first offense and after 4 days after second offense. After 3 late payments, termination may incur.Comment
