Termed my friend (that was breaking all my rules). It went really well, actually. Got into my waiting list and had an interview. Got a baby starting Monday!! I'm so thankful business is good enough that I don't have to "settle" happyface

You are very lucky to have a waiting list. I'm one of those who sometimes has had to "settle", and also to keep people I'd love to get rid of. I live in a small-ish town that is a little bit isolated from other towns. There are too many Providers, and it's really, really hard to fill vacancies.

So glad it went so well.

I had a friend's little one for a few months and it was not working well at all. I really was wishing I could tell her I could not do it anymore and term however it worked out as she decided to change to a daycare center.

I had changed my hours and they no longer worked for her.
