No you should not modify your rate...one DCF has nothing to do with the other DCF. Do you have a minimum attendance requirement? Most people would not accept a child who only needs to enroll just one day per week...the minimum is usually two. It may not be worth your time to hold a space on Monday...you may need that space for families needing more full-time days...Your rates are your rates...is he paying a daily rate or a weekly rate. If he is paying the weekly rate, then leave it as is. Infant care is expensive and everyone knows to expect to pay out the nose for it.

If the t-f person is contracted for that, I would leave it be, and take on the other child. If it goes poorly, let the new child go. I assume you have a trial period.- Flag
