I have a new position at my job, and I am super excited about it. I am also anxious-which I shouldn't be. I am going to be working all day in our older toddler (27-36 months) room! It has been a long time since I have worked in one room all day, and the first time it didn't work out well.
This time it is going to be completely different. I am going to be working with my sister, and we have very similar views on how things should work- which is what was missing the last time I worked full time in a room. We work really well together, and it should be super fun! Also, we balance each other out pretty well .
It is going to be a major change for me because I need to switch my whole mindset from preschool to toddlers, and I have never worked with this age before. I have worked with younger; I have worked with older, but never this age. Does anyone have any suggestions, tips, tricks, ideas of things to do?
