Need quality care for my children ages 3, 10, 12 years old.
You may NOT have friends over or apply for this job assuming you can bring you own children. These children have a need for high supervision. There are to be no distractions to the quality of care in which you will be required to give. No texting and chatting on your phone.You will begin on PT hours and increase from there. You will be on call at times, split shifts and sometimes long hours. You will provided respite care and overnights when needed.
You must be able to work professionally and appropriate with the children support teams. You will transports to activities at times and must be attentive(no meeting your roommates or spouse there). As an on call/PT at first, you will not leave your phone in your car-uncharged while your charger is located in another city.( I have heard it all). YOU WILL KEEP YOUR PRIVATE LIFE TO YOURSELF. You may not engage in what may appear as a personal relationship with any of my children social connections(or there parents).
You can do as you choose once your "unemployed with me".
Some of my children associate with friends of single parents, this is not an opening for dating a service for you.
You must be able to follow directions-not text me at work with alot of questions you should be able to answer yourself. You must be able to get children off to school ON TIME! You will complete paperwork(daily log) prior to ending your shift and have it done prior to my arrival. YOU MUST BE ON TIME TO CHECK IN WITH THE DAYS SCHEDULE ALLOWING ME TO BE ON TIME FOR WORK.
You must not be employed else where and trying to manage my schedule with yours...this is not an option for this position. Start date on completion of training.
No "at home moms-bringing children". No boyfriends. No drama and being on your cell phone all day. My children are the focus .
You will be interviewed by me and then a second interview by the children(with me present). You are hired by me and follow my directive.
You must send resume/history of employment and skills. Three references that are employment related. YOU MUST HAVE REFERENCES OR NEED NOT APPLY Your paid by special programs on behalf of the children therefore you must be capable of handle a variety of tasks developed for each child's need. EMAIL YOUR EMPLOYMENT HISTORY , CONTACT NUMBER , REFERENCES.
