My husband and I are thinking about opening a child care center in the Central Tx area and wanted to join a forum where we can rub some "elbow grease" with some that are already in the be business.. My first question would be what are some of the essentials that we should know about opening a child care center? My fear that the client list will take a long time to grow? We have great vision for what we want to accomplish through the school.. But really what should we be prepared for??
