I am down to 1 dcg, who will be 3 in January. She is a very sweet, quiet, introverted personality. My 4 yo dd is an extreme opposite. Spirited, extroverted, very active. Needless to say, they don't play well together. DD is too much for dcg. (Sometimes she is too much for me, too
) Dcg prefers parallel play. She is completely happy by herself with toys. DD is into imaginative, interactive play. Everyday, one or the other is in tears because of their differences. I am trying my best to meet both girls' needs, but wanted to come to the experts here for advice and tips. Is there anything specific I can do to facilitate their playing together better?
