I generally do interviews after hours on weekdays. Weekends tend to be too busy, and besides I don't work on weekends :
:. My issue though, is that I work til 6pm, so I usually plan interviews for 7pm. Works well for me, but it does tend to be bedtime for most little ones. The last couple of interviews have been rushed because the baby has been tired and cranky. I do prefer that the child come along so that I can meet them, but it can affect the interview. I'm not willing to change the timing because it's just not practical for me or my family. But it's something to consider when you're deciding on the timing of interviews ...
