Wording For Flyer For Taking Vacation Days?

Hey, all. I wanted to ask how you all word things. I am taking two days off in November for the Marine Corps Ball. It is in another city, so I have to travel there the day before Thursday, then there are two days of activities before we return home Sunday. So I am going to close Thursday through Sunday in November. And I wanted to also remind parents that I am closed Thanksgiving and the Friday after.

Tuition is still due for Thanksgiving, but the other days are vacation days. So how would I word that. I want them to know that they ARE still required to pay for Thanksgiving. I thought I was also going to charge for that Friday but I looked at my contract and I forgot to ad it! I'm going to check the handbook and see if it's still in there. If not, then I will know for next year.

So I have something like this:
    Notice
x daycare will be closed on
    Thursday November x and
    Friday November x
    REOPEN Monday November x
    AND
    Thanksgiving November 22 and
    Friday November 23rd.
Tuition is still due for Nov 22, however the other 3 days are provider vacation days

See, it just doesn't sound right?

Suggestions PLEASE!!! I want to give them out today and tomorrow since I will have most of my dck here these two days. I want to give them as much notice as possible..

    Thank you!!!

I always try to group it together. My wording for Christmas is like this:

Just a reminder that I will be CLOSED for the following paid holidays: Dec 25-26, January 1.
In addition, I will be CLOSED for the following unpaid vacation days: Dec 24, Dec 27-28.

This is exactly how I do it too.
